From Campus to the Onseepkans Community
As their final year draws to an end, the 4th year students went to Onseepkans in the Northern Cape 50km to border leading to the southern Namibia. It was journey of learning, serving and leaving a lasting impact through a purpose driven outreach.
Here is what they say about the outreach…
“The time we spent at Onseepkans has been an enriching and valuable experience. We witnessed how God protects, guides and blesses those who are faithful to His calling.”
“It was inspiring to witness the sacrifice that the missionaries there have made to be obedient to God's call. My desire is that whenever the Lord wants to send me, that I too follow in their footsteps and not count the cost for obedience is greater than disobedience.”
“For me, Onseepkans is a living testimony of God making a way in the wilderness and streams in the desert (Isaiah 43:19). The timing and how the Lord provided have been a marvelous confirmation, that we were at the right place at the right time. May we always remain attentive to His call”
For we are called to serve, therefore Lord make us your servants.
